Baseball Mesh & Leather Shorts

After 2 days of endless rain and grey skies, i’m already dying to go back to the sandy beaches and sunny skies in Egypt! The weather here is so depressing, I only wish I was back on a sun lounger gazing up at the blue skies behind my magazines and sunglasses. Before I left, I bought a baseball t-shirt from Primark for only £6. I wasn’t totally sure about it, first of all it was a size too big and I also thought it wasn’t a style I’d normally go with. Anyway, i’ve actually found it a great wardrobe addition- I wore it for the flight and it was ideal for the beach and pool to slip over a bikiniImage Each night at the hotel we were staying at, one of the gardeners walked up the path outside our room with a machine which let out steam which made it impossible to see anything for a few seconds. (I think it may have been poisonous to mosquitoes?). My friend and i found this way too exciting but rushed out anyway and took a few snaps before heading out to dinner. I happened to be wearing my new baseball t-shirt on this occasion Image ImageI wore my chunky sandals from boohoo.com with black frilly socks (topshop), and my last blog post also features the  Lola Chunky Open Fisherman Flats. TURKEY- sun.sand.food.sleep

i got back from turkey yesterday with my mum and my best friend and we had the most amazing time. We booked it 2 days before so it was quite spontaneous, and the weather was absolutely gorgeous, the hotel was amazing and i just wish i could be back there now! it was so hot that denim shorts, crop tops and basically everything else i brought with me were off the menu. Instead my daily outfit was a change between bikinis and my straw hat (new look).

We barely saw anything of Turkey’s culture, in fact the only time we left the hotel was at the end of the holiday when our coach picked us up. The hotel had everything we needed and it was so nice just to relax after GCSEs and be by and in the pool! All we did was eat, sleep and relax 24/7, which could be boring for some people but was perff for me!

There’s not really much else to say but I’ll just share a few photos;ImageImageImage

Back to the Beach!

Ice creams; milkshakes; photos; sun and Annabel- pretty much sums up the lovely day we had at the beach at the weekend! Annabel took me to Aldeburgh yet again (see my previous Aldeburgh post here), and I had a lovely time exploring Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, which are both beautiful coastal towns in the English county of Suffolk.

The beach

I wore a burgundy cardigan (Primark), a ruffled top (Topshop), blue converse, suede leggings, and pearl earrings (Accessorize). We also made a quick visit to Southworld and it’s pier, where we also had lunch and also explored!

The beach at Aldeburgh had lots of boats on, which were perfect to take some artsy photos..!ImageImageImage

Our icecreams from a shop in Aldeburgh, I was so excited when they had gluten free cones available ahaImage

Aldeburgh Seaside & OOTD

I recently went to Thorpeness / Aldeburgh for two days with my friend, so thought I’d just put a few photos up! The beach was absolutely lovely, although quite windy, and it is the UK so of course the sea was way too cold! We also explored Aldeburgh town, which was so cute!

Aldeburgh is a lovely coastal town in Suffolk, well known for its fish and chips!
